Vols Finish Day 3 of IU Regional

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. --The Tennessee women's tennis team wrapped up the weekend with a brief round of singles at the IU Regional.
Freshman Ariadna Riley defeated Notre Dame's Zoe Spence, 6-3, 6-4. It was her second win this weekend. Fellow freshman Johanna Silva outlasted Fleur Eggink of Marquette, 7-5, 4-6, 1-0 (13). Sophomore Ashley Bongart beat Marquette's Paula Tormos Sanchez, 6-2, 6-1.
The Vols host the annual Tennessee Fall Invite next weekend at Goodfriend Tennis Center, bringing in Arizona State, Ohio State and Wake Forest to compete in the event. Matches will be Friday to Sunday with two rounds of singles and one round of doubles played each day. The official schedule of the invite will be released later this week.
