UT is coming off of a 19-14 road loss to then-No. 8/8 Alabama on Saturday. The Vols played standout defense and took a one-point lead on a 12-yard Jalen Hurd touchdown run with 5:49 remaining. Alabama avoided the upset when Derrick Henry scored from 14 yards out on the Tide's ensuing possession.
Kentucky is coming off of a 42-16 road loss to Mississippi State. The Wildcats led 10-7 after the first quarter, but MSU scored 21-straight points to take command of the game in the second quarter and the Bulldogs stayed in control until the final whistle.
