Valero to Compete in Youth Olympics

Freshman Luis Valero is representing Colombia this week the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing, China.
Valero is competing in singles, doubles and mixed doubles.
Boys singles starts Sunday with Valero squaring off against fellow unseeded player Andre Biro of Hungary. The first round of doubles will be held Monday.
Valero is one of three freshman on the men's tennis roster this year, joining Igor Smilansky of Israel and Georgia-native Jess Jones.
