KNOXVILLE, Tenn. --Tennessee soccer's Carlyn Baldwin and Hannah Wilkinson earned TopDrawerSoccer.com postseason honors on Wednesday as the website named Baldwin to its Postseason Women's Freshman Top 100 and Wilkinson to its Postseason Women's National Top 100.
Baldwin was named the No. 18 freshman in the TDS Postseason Women's Freshman Top 100. Wilkinson was named the No. 60 overall player in the TDS Postseason Women's National Top 100. Both were previously named to those respective midseason lists back in October with Baldwin at No. 9 in the Midseason Freshman Top 100 and Wilkinson at No. 36 in the National Top 100.
Earlier this week, Baldwin was named to the TDS Best XI Freshman Second Team. Baldwin enjoyed a standout freshman campaign in 2014, tallying one goal and two assists for four points. The scrappy midfielder played in 21 matches, made 20 starts and ranked third among all Tennessee field players with 1,741 minutes of action. Baldwin became the 11th Tennessee player to earn SEC All-Freshman Team honors. She was also named to the Virginia Nike Soccer Classic All-Tournament Team. She was also named the SEC Freshman of the Week on Oct. 31.
Wilkinson was named to the All-South Region Second Team on Dec. 3. She led Tennessee with 21 points off nine goals and three assists and played a big role in Tennessee's late season run deep into the SEC Tournament, tallying four goals and two assists in the final five games. The UT forward received SEC All-Tournament Team honors. In November, the NCAA granted Wilkinson an athletics activity waiver, extending her eligibility to play through the 2015 season.
