2013-14 NSCAA Women's Team Academic Award | All-Time NSCAA Women's Team Academic Award List
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - On Monday, the NSCAA announced that the Tennessee women's soccer team earned a 2013-14 NSCAA Women's Team Academic Award.
The NSCAA annually recognizes college and high school soccer programs that have excelled in the classroom, in addition to their work on the field. This year's honor, which is for the 2013-14 academic year, marks the fourth-consecutive year that Tennessee has earned a NSCAA Women's team Academic Award. Tennessee has achieved NSCAA team academic accolades in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. UT posted an impressive 3.23 team GPA in 2013-14.
A total of 861 collegiate soccer teams (279 men, 582 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the NSCAA Team Academic Award for the 2013-14 academic year. Of that total, 188 schools had both their men's and women's programs recognized.
