Wide Receiver (1997-2001)
In four seasons at Tennessee, Eric Parker played in 42 games, catching 64 passes for 829 yards and three touchdowns. He also returned 107 punts a total of 930 yards and one score. His most productive season came in 1999 when he posted career highs with 30 catches for 411 yards, as well as 41 punts for 387 yards, including a 69-yard return for a touchdown against Memphis that year. Parker would later play six seasons for the San Diego Chargers in the NFL. He started 40 of the 62 games in which he played, accumulating 187 catches for 2,586 yards and 11 touchdowns.
