We're happy to continue a new weekly feature here at UTLadyVols.com called Tennessee Soccer Alumni Weekly where we'll spotlight former Lady Vol soccer players, asking them a few questions about what they have been doing since college and what their experiences at Rocky Top meant to them. Check back each week throughout the rest of the season to catch up with some outstanding former Lady Vol soccer alumni.
This week the spotlight shines on former Lady Vol Kristin McGrath who played at Tennessee from 2001-04. The Durango, Colo., native played in 64 matches during her time at Rocky Top, scoring five goals and dished three assists. One of those goals perhaps proved more memorable than the others as she scored at 52:56 against #8 Florida in Gainesville, Fla., on Oct. 1, 2004, as UT went on to a 2-1 (2OT) victory for the Lady Vol program's first ever win on the road versus the Gators.

4) Give your thoughts on what it means to be a part of the Tennessee Soccer program? What it meant to you as a player and what it means to you today?
"Being a part of Tennessee Soccer means being part of a family. I learned that no matter what, family and team always come first; whether it's in sport, or just in life in general. When you are part of a family you always have people to experience the ups and downs of life with. As I have changed sports and grown in life, I have realized that this is one of the most important concepts I could ever learn."
5) Which Tennessee teammates do you still stay in contact with?
