In 15 all-time meetings, this marks just the third trip to Charlottesville for a Lady Vol basketball team.
In 2009 Tennessee traveled to Virginia and played in front of the largest crowd for a women's hoops game at the John Paul Jones Arena -- 11,895 spectators.

UT carries an eight-game away winning streak into the game at UVa. UT's last road loss was at #2/3-ranked Baylor (65-54) on Dec. 14, 2010.
