Reveiz Knee Surgery Successful

Tennessee head athletic trainer Jason McVeigh reports that junior linebacker Nick Reveiz underwent successful anterior cruciate ligament surgery Wednesday and has been released from UT Medical Center. Drs. Greg Mathien and Russell Betcher of Knoxville Orthopedic Clinic performed the surgery.

"Nick is expected to be limited in spring practice and have a full recovery by next season," McVeigh said. At the time Reveiz was injured during Tennessee's Sept. 26 victory over Ohio, he ranked second on the team with 4-1/2 tackles for loss and third in overall stops with 27.
