Tennessee Baseball Alumni Weekend

Dear friends,
As we prepare to celebrate our 100th year of baseball at the University of Tennessee during the 2009 season we'd like to invite all of our alumni back for a weekend of festivities Oct. 17-18.
The festivities will begin on Friday, Oct. 17, with a golf tournament at Three Ridges Golf Club. Registration and breakfast will begin at 7 a.m., with a shotgun start scheduled for 8:15 a.m. That evening we will have dinner at Robert M. Lindsay Field at Lindsey Nelson Stadium to unveil the Phase I renovations and watch an Orange & White World Series game featuring the current team.
We will continue the activities on Saturday with a pre-game tailgate at Lot 9A along Phillip Fulmer Way across from of west side of Neyland Stadium. Each former player will receive two complimentary tickets to the Tennessee-Mississippi State football game, and we will have additional tickets available if you need them for $50 each.
For our out-of-town alumni, we have secured special rates at the Holiday Inn Central at Papermill (details listed below).
If you know a former teammate that is not involved, I hope you will encourage them to come home for our alumni weekend. They can contact our office at (865) 974-9118 to sign up.
