Gotten used to learning a new system

This is actually my third offense since I've been here. So I've kind of gotten used to learning a new system. It's kind of thing I've been saying as a little joke, that hopefully this will be the last one I have to learn. But it's a good experience. It tells you how much you know the game, and how quickly you process things and learn them.
I'm going to try to stay in the hip pocket of our new offensive coodinator, Dave Clawson, just to make sure if he calls something, it doesn't shock me--that I know what down and distance we have, why we're calling what we're calling and where I'm going with the ball.
I've spent time watching film with Coach Clawson, and I've spent numerous hours by myself watching film in his office. He's a very, very, very bright offensive coach. He knows his stuff. He knows what to call in a certain situation, he knows a lot about defenses and he's just trying to team me the game. If I understand the game, I understand the offense.
With this offense, we can run any play out of any personnel out of any formation. We're very multiple. If we want to run the ball, we can run out of four wide, or we can throw the ball out of three tight. It's a whole lot more fun that way because teams really can't scheme up toward personnel.
This offseason, I've been going over the whole offense a lot with some of the receivers and O-linemen. We'll get together and talk about it, so we're all on the same page in certain situations.
We've been having 7-on-7 throwing drills before heading into camp. It's really fun. Everyone's really stepping up on the offensive and defensive side of the ball, and I really think we are starting to mesh as a team.
