Vols looking for game day feel Saturday night

The second milestone in Tennessee's preseason camp schedule arrives Saturday in the form of the team's second major scrimmage, a nighttime affair set for Neyland Stadium.
Head coach Phillip Fulmer says the lights will shine especially bright on a few key positions.
"Saturday is a very important day for us as far as looking at situations and continuing to evaluate personnel," Fulmer said. "That's particularly so in the kicking game and from a depth standpoint.
"This team has shown the willingness and I like the leadership that has grown from the seniors and upperclassmen. That's something to build on."
Fulmer pointed to reserve positions such as quarterback, linebacker and offensive line where playing time in the early going of next month could be won or lost -- based strongly on Saturday's showings. And although starting positions look to be sorting out, all Orange and White performers have much to gain under Saturday's glare.
"We certainly have some guys who are playmakers on both sides of the ball," Fulmer said. "We are going to work like heck to get the ball to them offensively. Defensively we want those guys put in position to make plays either from a pressure standpoint, breaking on the ball or whatever it might be."
"Saturday is a really important day for us. I want it to have a game day feel to it because we're a fairly young team in a lot of places. Those upperclassmen have to show how it's supposed to be and how to prepare."
