Coach Fulmer doesn???t recruit junior college transfers unless he thinks they can contribute right away. Do you feel like that puts pressure on you?
???I always try and do more than is expected of me. It doesn???t put pressure on me. It just tells me that he wants to put the ball in my hands. I???m going to do whatever it takes to make that happen.???
What do you need to improve on before the season starts?
???I???ve got to improve on the play calling and the signals. I need to be more on point with those things. I think that is the biggest thing in my becoming a major contributor.???
How does the Tennessee experience differ from your experience at Florida State your freshman year?
???I think there is much more of a team atmosphere here. We were a close team at FSU, but it wasn???t anything like here.???
What are your talents away from football?
???I run track. I think I am going to try and run for UT if I have the time for it in the spring.???
Is there a pro player you model your game after?
???Devin Hester. I played against him when he was at Miami. He is a game changer.???
Are you approaching things differently here than you did at FSU?
???I approach this as my last chance, not a second chance. I???m going to do my best with it and hope I reach my goals here. I want to play pro football. That???s everybody???s dream.???
Do you and the other receivers enjoy spending 30 minutes with Coach Taylor after every other position group has left the practice field?
???Yeah. It???s motivating. He demands a lot. It is different than any other coach I have had. He wants us to be men and take care of our responsibilities.???
