UT To Honor Military

On Saturday, Nov. 17, the University of Tennessee will welcome the men and women of America's armed services to Neyland Stadium for the 2007 Military Appreciation Day.
Brigadier General David E. Greer, Tennessee Army National Guard, will be in attendance to conduct a special swearing-in ceremony at halftime for 100 individuals from East Tennessee.
"UT is proud and honored to be a part of Tennessee Army National Guard's largest swearing-in ceremony to date," said Mike Hamilton, director of men's athletics. "We are grateful for the men and women, overseas and stateside, that serve in our military to protect our country and citizens."
