1. What is the seat back program and its purpose?
a. The Neyland Stadium Vols Cushion seat back program is a service that the University of Tennessee Athletic Department is offering to our Season Ticket Holders in order to create a more enjoyable and comfortable game day experience.
2. Will my chair be there at every game?
a. Yes, the chair is made of a frame that fits around the bleacher and we have had the seat customized to Neyland Stadium, with a bolt and bracket system, the seat back is fastened and centered over your seat.
b. Your cushioned seat back clearly defines your seat so there is no fighting for space, plus the cushion is waterproof.
3. Will the seat back allow the person in front of me to lean back?
a. The seat back provides support for every individual and the heavy duty metal frame does not allow for leaning.
b. Keeps people in their area and out of the person in front or behind them.
c. Keeps the walkways clear
d. The seat back protects the space of both the seat holder and the non-seat holder.
4. Do I own the seat back?
a. No. The $35 fee covers the rental cost of the seat back for the 2004 season only.
5. Can I buy the seat back on a game-by-game basis?
a. No. The seat backs are rented on an annual basis only. Seat backs will be installed prior to the September 5 season opener versus UNLV. The seat backs will remain in place throughout the 2004 schedule, then removed and stored in the off-season.
6. Can I secure a seat back for my mini-season tickets?
a. No. The opportunity to rent seat backs is only available to regular season ticket holders.
7. If I am unable to rent a seat back for the 2004 season, can I pre-order my seat back for the 2005 season?
a. Yes. GTM will write up an order for your for the 2005 season, however they will not process your payment until next summer. They will phone you to verify your interest and confirm all orders.
8. How big is the chair?
a. The chair is 16? wide, this is as wide as most reserved seats in the stadium. The seat back contains a 2 ?? cushion and vinyl back for upper back support. The chair will be centered over the seat number.
9. What if there is a problem with the seat?
a. Customer Service boots are located at several places for customer convenience. The Booths have large banners that say SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ? Customer Service
b. Customer Service Centers will be located at: Gate 10, 21, and 22.
c. A crew inspects each seat before and after every game to ensure it place and check for wear. All seats are cleaned prior to each game.
10. How do I place my order?
a. Supply is limited and priority will be given to VASF and University Development donors provided their order is placed before July 23.

1. Hours of Operation are 8-5 Eastern Standard Time.
iii. The seat backs are $35 for the season prior to August 16. After August 16, the price is $38 for the season.

a. Marine grade vinyl that is waterproof , like boat seats

14. How will the $35 rental fee be used?
a. Funds from the annual rental agreements will be used for ongoing department operations including renovations in Neyland Stadium.
15. Will GTM sell my name and address to a third party?
a. No. GTM will not provide your name or address to a third party. Contractually your information is protected.
