Tennessee-Georgia Game Time Set

Tennessee's Oct. 12 game at Georgia will be televised nationally by CBS (3:30 p.m.-EDT) the SEC announced today.

Tennessee's game at Georgia Oct. 12 will be televised nationally by CBS the Southeastern Conference announced today. Kickoff from Sanford Stadium is slated for 3:30 p.m. (EDT).

Tennessee leads the all-time series against Georgia 17-12-2, but has lost the last two meetings in the key SEC Eastern Division matchup. The Vols won nine consecutive games in the series from 1989-1999 and have won four the last five games against the Bulldogs at Athens.

Georgia's 26-24 win at Neyland Stadium last season was its first victory in Knoxville since 1980. The Bulldogs ended UT's nine-game series win streak with a 21-10 victory in the team's last game at Athens in 2000.
