Baseball Vols Cancel Two Games

Due an exhibition game against the Tennessee Smokies on May 1 at 6:30 p.m. at Smokies Park in Sevierville, Tenn., the University of Tennessee must cancel the Apr. 23 Western Carolina and May 15 Tennessee Tech home games to remain in compliance with the NCAA 56-game regular season schedule.

The Vols play host to East Tennessee State Apr. 17 and Tennessee Tech Apr. 24 at 7 p.m. ET to complete the non-conference portion of their schedule.

Tennessee has remaining Southeastern Conference home series' against Florida (Apr. 12-14), LSU (May 3-5) and Vanderbilt (May 17-19).
