KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee will look to end its four-game road trip on a high note when it travels to Johnson City on Tuesday at take on ETSU for the third and final time this season.

The Volunteers will look to snap a three-game skid after being swept at No. 19 LSU over the weekend. UT has been very successful in midweek games this season with a 9-2 record.

- Tennessee will look to improve to 10-2 in midweek games this season after winning both of its midweek contests last week with two victories over UT Martin.
- Tennessee starting pitcher Sean Hunley continued to baffle opposing hitters in a 9-0 win over UT Martin on Tuesday night, setting a new career high with 11 strikeouts while allowing just four hits in seven shutout innings to improve to 6-0 this season.
- Hunley is the first freshman pitcher in Tennessee baseball history to start his career 6-0.
- Last Wednesday, sophomore lefty Will Heflin was fantastic in his first-career start, allowing just two hits and no runs in 5.1 innings of work to improve to 3-1 on the season. The Volunteers' bullpen was also lights out, allowing just one run and one hit in 3.2 innings.
- Senior Benito Santiago had seven RBI in UT's two midweek wins last week.
- The Vols have scored five or more runs in 10 of their 11 midweek games this season and have scored eight or more runs in seven of them. UT had nine players finish last Wednesday's game with a hit while 11 different players scored a run.
