Tayloe Locke joined the Tennessee Athletics compliance team in January of 2019 and now holds the title of Director of Compliance.

She is responsible for overseeing all areas of financial aid and awards and benefits and serves as the compliance sport facilitator for golf and rowing. In addition, she works closely with the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Prior to Tennessee, Locke was an Assistant Director for Compliance at Auburn University from October 2015 through December 2019. She also worked for the Southeastern Conference as Compliance Assistant and Assistant Director for Compliance from July 2011 through October 2015.

A native of Athens, Georgia, Locke earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sewanee: The University of the South in May 2007. In addition, she earned a master’s degree in Sport Administration from Georgia State University in May 2010.

Locke and her husband, Chad, have two children, Sawyer and Steedman.
