Sarah Prichard serves as the assistant director of human resources for Tennessee Athletics, bringing 16 years of experience in human resources with a focus on cultivating a culture of excellence. In this role, Sarah partners with coaches, administrators and staff to foster a workplace where individuals and teams can thrive and achieve their goals.

With expertise in leadership coaching, employee relations and organizational development across diverse sectors, Sarah is passionate about empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential. She is proud to support the work of the athletics department’s student assistants, interns and graduate assistants, recognizing the vital role they play in driving the success of every unit. Known for her collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, Sarah also excels in managing the detailed administrative processes essential to HR operations.

She is a native of Modesto, California, and a proud graduate of Tusculum University. Sarah began her career with Tennessee Athletics in the Business Office, where she gained valuable experience in financial and operational processes that inform her current role. She holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a member of the Tennessee Valley Human Resources Association (TVHRA). She is dedicated to advancing the mission of Tennessee Athletics and supporting the people and operations that drive its success.
