Meegan Sharp joined Tennessee Athletics in August 2024 and currently serves as an academic counselor, supporting the football team's wide receiver, linebacker and safety position groups, as well as the spirit squad.
Previously, she was a graduate assistant in academic services with the Tennessee Tailored Team, aiding the academic development of student-athletes on the football and women's soccer teams.
Before coming to Knoxville, Sharp served as a mentor and tutor within academics for student-athletes at Oregon State University.
Originally from San Diego, California, she earned her bachelor's degree in human development and family sciences with a minor in education from Oregon State University and went on to earn her master's degree in sport management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
In her free time, Sharp enjoys road-tripping across the U.S. to help facilitate arm-wrestling events for her dad's company and spending time with her Boston Terrier, Magin.
