Dominique Woods joined Tennessee Athletics in spring of 2024 as the Associate Director of Executive Operations.
Prior to arriving to Knoxville, Woods was the Director of Team Operations at the University of Delaware, where she coordinated team travel for volleyball, cross country, field hockey, men and women’s swimming & diving, rowing, men and women’s golf, track & field and spirit programs. Woods also managed team travel budgets, facilitated monthly coaches and operations meetings, as well as quarterly team ops meetings.

Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Dominique earned her bachelor’s degree at Shorter University (Rome, Georgia) where she studied Sport Management and was a five-time NAIA Track & Field All-American.

Her career in sports began as a Season Ticket Services intern with the Atlanta Falcons. Upon graduation, she interned at Wofford College in Marketing & Ticket Operations. She later received her Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Mercer University while working as an Athletics Marketing Graduate Assistant. Woods served as the Director of Operations for Track & Field and Cross Country at Kennesaw State University, before returning to Mercer as the Director of Football Operations. In 2019, Woods was selected as an attendee at the NFL Women’s Career in Football Forum.

An active member of Women Leaders in Sports, Dominique has served as a circle lead, mentor and Membership Engagement Committee member. She is also a member of NACDA.
