Amy Hart is the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Executive Operations at Tennessee Athletics, a role she assumed in September 2025. She joined Tennessee in February 2021 as part of Athletics Director Danny White’s staff, bringing experience in executive operations and a track record of working with high-performing leadership teams.

In her current position, Hart works closely with White and Tennessee’s Deputy Athletics Directors to help set and execute the department’s top priorities. She helps coordinate executive-level operations, supports strategic projects and special projects, and ensures alignment across internal teams to keep key objectives on track. Hart plays a central role in advancing day-to-day excellence while advancing long-term goals.

Prior to Tennessee, Hart worked with White at UCF and spent three years as a staff accountant with the San Diego Padres. A Pullman, Washington, native, Hart was a member of the Whitworth University women’s soccer team from 2010–13 and served as a captain during her senior year. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2014 and later received her MBA from UCF in 2021.

Hart and her husband, Brady, live in West Knoxville with their son, TJ.
