- Top times from season: 200 free (1:51.15), 500 free (4:41.34), 1000 free (9:40.68), 1650 free (15:56.89), 100 fly (59.46) and 400 IM (4:19.50).
- Earned her second All-America certificate of her career in the 1650 free during the NCAA Championships (3/20-23/24) with an 11th-place finish.
- Placed fourth in the 1650 with a mark of 16:03.92 and collected points for the Lady Vols in the 500 free during the SEC Championships (2/19-24/24).
- Tallied the second-fastest time in the 500 free with a mark of 4:45.09 in a dual meet against No. 25 LSU (1/27/24).
- Placed second in the 1650 free at the Tennessee Invite (11/15-17/23) and tallied a fifth-place finish in the 500 free.

- At the 2023 NCAA Championships...
- Came in 6th place in the 1650 free with a career-best time of 15:50.80 - a finish that is the second best time in school history.
- Placed 19th overall in the 500 free, touching the wall in a personal-best 4:41.14 - the seventh fastest time in school history
- Secured a silver medal in the 1650 free with a 15:52.71 effort at the 2023 SEC Championships
- Earned a second-place finish in the 400 IM (4:21.19) and a third-place finish in the 200 free (1:50.48) during the meet against Carson Newman (1/19/23).
- Posted the third-fastest time (16:18.86) in the 1650 free during the Tennessee Invite (11/17-20/22).
- Touched the wall in 10:17.62 for second place in the 1650 free against UNC Wilmington (10/1/22).
2021-22 - SOPHOMORE - SEC Champions

- Finished 22nd in the 500 free (4:42.58) and 25th in the 1650 free (16:11.74) at the 2022 NCAA Championships.
- Member of the Lady Vols' SEC Championship team.
- Tied for 22nd overall in the 500 free (4:42.58) and finished the 1650 free in 25th place (16:11.74).
- At the SEC Championship, placed fourth overall in the 1650 free with an NCAA B-Cut time of 16:03.12; also qualified for the A final in the 500 free (4:42.02) finishing eighth.
- Posted the sixth-fastest time in program history in the 1650 free, while her 1000 split (9:42.51) ranked sixth in UT history and her 500 free time checked in at ninth in the Lady Vol record books.
- Finished fourth in the 200 free (1:51.02) against Carson-Newman (1/29/22).
- Competed in the finals in the 1650 free (6th/16:24.61), 500 free (7th/4:42.91) and 400 IM (7th/4:18.27) during the Tennessee Invitationals (11/18-20/21).
- Placed second in the 500 free against Louisville (10/21/21), touching the wall in 4:54.85.
2020-21 - FRESHMAN
DUAL MEET RECAP
- Top times from the season: 200 freestyle (1:49.40), 500 freestyle (4:48.08), 100 backstroke (59.87), 200 backstroke (2:11.62), 100 breaststroke (1:02.64), 200 breaststroke (2:14.99), 200 individual medley (2:01.92) and 400 individual medley (4:16.81).
- Posted an NCAA B Cut time in the 400 IM during UT's dual meet against Alabama and Virginia (11/20/20), touching the wall in 4:16.81 and placing sixth.
- Swam in six meets during her freshman campaign.

- Matt Kredich: Aly is an outstanding athlete and competitor who has a really impressive improvement trajectory. She fits the mold of many of our great Lady Vols because she does so many events well. We are also really impressed with her humility, her team first attitude and the leadership qualities she's become known for in her club and high school swimming.
