Sterling was a stand out QB for the Vols in the late 80's which led his team to a 10-2, 4-1 sec season record. Upon graduation, Sterling continued to develop his team-building skills during four seasons in the Canadian Football League for the British Columbia Lions and a season in the Arena Football League for the Orlando Predators. Afterward Sterling was a VP of Marketing for Warner Brothers (Southeast Region) before becoming a Senior Business Analyst for International Profit Associates.
