Jordan Park joined the Tennessee Athletics Sports Nutrition staff in August of 2019. She is directly responsible for coordinating the nutrition plans for UT's softball, swimming & diving and volleyball programs.
She works with student-athletes from those sports both individually and as teams, providing consults, meal plans, education, competition-day support, hydration testing and body composition testing.
Park also assists the director of sports nutrition with menu creation at Smokey’s Sports Grill in Anderson Training Center.
A native of Santa Cruz, California, Park received her bachelor's degree in Food Science, with an emphasis in Nutrition/Dietetics and a minor in Chemistry, from Clemson in 2014. She went on to complete her master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetic Internship at Auburn in 2017. She has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) since November of 2017.
