Kelly Wilson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She joined the University of Tennessee Athletic Department in October 2025.
Wilson has been a licensed therapist since 2012 with work experience in various settings including community mental health centers, residential treatment centers and outpatient practices.
Her primary responsibilities at UT are providing individual therapy and psychoeducational group classes to student-athletes. She also consults with coaches and teams, sets up educational seminars, and conducts assessments on an as needed basis.
She is a member of the Clinical/Counseling Sports Psychology Association (CCSPA) and a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
Wilson was a member of the Concordia University at Austin tennis team when she was in college.
She lives in Knoxville with her husband, Greg, and their three dogs: Andie (Pit/Husky/Basenji mix), Lenny (Golden Retriever) and Yukon (Liver German Shepard).
