ÂTicket Information
Tickets are mobile only. All non-premium tickets are sold and managed by Banana Ball. Closer to the game, ticket holders will receive a specific Section, Row and Seat. Tickets can be managed online on the Banana Ball's Fan First Tickets portal or on the Fans First Tickets Management app. Closer to the first pitch, digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. All parking passes and premium tickets can only be accessed on a mobile device through the Tennessee Athletics mobile app or through the AllVols Account Manager.
We encourage you to download your tickets to your digital wallet before arriving to the game. Fans with non-premium who need assistance with their digital tickets can visit the Fan Services tent and fans with premium tickets can go to the gate listed on their ticket for assistance.
Those with general bowl tickets can enter at any, non-premium gate. Those with premium tickets should enter at the gate listed on the ticket.
RockyTopWiFi will be available around Neyland Stadium.

Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) will offer round-trip shuttle service for the game.

Road Closures & Traffic Flow
Beginning at 5:00 AM on Saturday, several roads surrounding Neyland Stadium will be closed to general traffic, including:
- Volunteer at Peyton Manning Pass
- Phillip Fulmer Way (from Cumberland Avenue to Lake Loudoun Boulevard)
- Cumberland at Estabrook Road
- Neyland Stadium SE Loading Dock vicinity
- The Hill (Rideshare pickup & drop-off permitted vehicles only)
Access to the above areas will be restricted to permitted vehicles only. Fans should plan for increased traffic and allow extra time when traveling to campus.
Post-Game Traffic Flow
To help improve your departure from Neyland Stadium, a modified traffic pattern will be in place following the game.

After the show, Neyland Drive will operate with an adjusted traffic flow to move vehicles out of the area more efficiently:
- Three lanes of westbound traffic will be directed toward Alcoa Highway, I-40, and Kingston Pike
- The far-left lane will serve as a Kingston Pike Express Lane to help reduce congestion
This plan is designed to keep traffic moving and create a smoother exit from the stadium area.
Before the Peel
Get ready to dive into the action before the game starts. The Savannah Bananas bring an unforgettable pregame experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for all ages.
The Pre-Game Plaza opens at 2:00 PM ET in Lot 9, directly in front of Gate 21 by the Student Union, featuring food options like Gohan Japanese Grill, Uncle Mike’s, and Texas Roadhouse, plus Savannah Bananas merchandise and more.
At the center of it all is Before the Peel - the ultimate kickoff experience! Starting at 3 PM ET, this high-energy show features appearances from players, cast members, mascots, and surprise guests, with music, dancing, and nonstop entertainment to get you ready for Banana Ball.
Gate Entry &Â Safety Measures
Extended perimeter security checkpoints will be in effect for this game. Please view the map below!

Gates to Neyland Stadium open at 4:30 PM ET. Please note that depending on your seat location in the stadium or parking around the stadium, these gates are recommended as the easiest and quickest way to enter:

Attendees can bring into the stadium one unopened factory-sealed clear water bottle and one empty clear water bottle per person. Attendees are allowed to bring into the stadium one clear plastic bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches or a one-gallon clear resealable plastic storage bag. They also will be allowed a small clutch purse not to exceed 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches. No other bags will be allowed inside the stadium. All items are subject to search at gates, visit the clear bag policy for more information.
Attendees can report suspicious activity by texting (865) 974-9898 with their seat location (concourse, section, row, seat number) and issue. Smoking is prohibited at UT, including within private vehicles parked or operated on university property. The prohibition extends to any lighted tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and other vape devices. Anyone attempting to enter the stadium with alcohol will be denied entry. No open containers are allowed on campus outside of permitted areas. The same policies apply to fans sitting in the student section of the stadium. Unmanned aircraft systems are prohibited on university property.

- Video cameras, professional cameras, and cameras with detachable lenses
- Stadium seats with arms or side pockets
- Selfie sticks
- Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives

No items can be stored or left at the gates. Attendees can bring the following items inside the stadium, subject to search at the gates:
- Cushions or seats without arms or side pockets
- Small bags with medically necessary items (Note: Diapers and non-medically necessary items for babies or young children must be carried in a clear bag).
Merchandise
Those looking to purchase Banana Ball merchandise will be able to visit a number of locations.
Early merchandise openings will be on Friday from 2-5 PM ET and on Saturday starting at 10 AM at the Humanities Plaza.
Before the game, fans can stop by merchandise locations outside Neyland Stadium in Lot 9 or the Gate 21 plaza on the northwest corner, and outside Gate 4 on the southeast corner. Merchandise will also be available inside Neyland Stadium.

Although on-campus parking is sold out there are additional options off-campus. First, fans can take advanage of Knoxville Area Transit's (KAT) parking options. Fans can also park downtown.
