LOFT
Delight in performances by music’s biggest stars from Knoxville’s only table seating concert experience inside our newest premium space, The Loft. Take advantage of upscaled concessions offerings delivered by our dedicated Loft servers after enjoying a welcome treat upon arrival. The Loft also features expansive personal space to accommodate all your best dance moves and direct sightlines of the biggest shows in town!
- Location: Section 113, located on the East Side of the arena.
- Seats: Sold in sets of 2, up to 12 (entire row).
- Food: Preset appetizers for each show. Dedicated wait staff for upscale in-Seat ordering and catering available for larger groups.
- Amenities: Table seating, dancing room, upscale food choices in addition to concession offerings available at your seat.
TRI STAR CLUB
Tri-Star Club ticket holders gain access to Food City Center’s exclusive club space, featuring dedicated restrooms, cash bar with elevated drink selections, plus complimentary hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages. All Tri-Star guests are seated in the lower bowl with great views of Knoxville’s biggest stage.
- Location: Seats in Section 120-121, Club located under East Concourse, enter under Section 116.
- Food: Buffet, light hors d oeuvres, non-alcoholic drinks, and event day snacks.
- Amenities: Full cash bar, semiprivate restrooms, dedicated hosts.
LOGE
Located on the north side of the arena, directly beneath the luxury suites, loge seats offer fans the opportunity to enjoy concerts from the comfort of cushioned, oversized chairs complete with private adjoining hospitality areas and wait service.
- Cost Per-Seat: Show depending
- Location: 200-level on the north side, Stage Left side for most concerts, and under the luxury suites.
- Food: Wait service included, option to order concessions food and beverages from your seat.
- Amenities: Cushioned oversized chairs, private adjoining hospitality areas, adjacent parking.
LUXURY SUITES
These premium suites vary in size from 10, 12, or 16 seats and provide ticket holders with a private refrigerator and locked cabinets.
- Location: North side of the arena, above Loge seats.
- Parking: One (1) parking pass per every 4 suite seats.
- Food: In-suite catering available for purchase at each event.
- Amenities: Each suite contains a refrigerator, wet bar, and coat rack.

How is food and beverage service handled in Suite and Loge Box areas?
Food and beverage services to Food City Center’s premium seating areas are provided by Aramark.

Is there a designated entrance to the premium seating area?
Premium guests may utilize any operational entrance at Food City Center, however Gates C and D offer closest access to Premium Seating Sections.
