Ticket Information
All ages must have a ticket. Tickets are mobile only. Concertgoers with tickets located in the general bowl will access their digital tickets through the Ticketmaster app.
Those with premium tickets will access their digital tickets through the Tennessee Athletics app, which is available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
We encourage you to download your tickets to your digital wallet before arriving at the event. Those who need assistance with their digital tickets can visit the Gate 21 ticket booth on the day of the concert.Those with field-level tickets will enter at Gate 7, and fans with pit tickets will enter at Gate 25. Those with general bowl tickets can enter at any, non-premium gate. Those with premium tickets should enter at the gate listed on the ticket.

Friday's Show
Campus lots will open at 2 PM and shuttles from the Ag Campus will begin running at 3:30 PM. Shuttle rides are also made avaiable for purchase by Visit Knoxville. To purchase your shuttle ticket, visit Olympus Tours and Shuttles - Olympus Car and Coach.
The City of Knoxville and KAT will not be operating any directly to the concert. Regular KAT services and routes will conclude prior to the end of the concert.

Traffic Patterns Affected By Campus And Neyland Stadium Construction, Upgrades
Due to ongoing construction and upgrades on campus, fans should be advised of the following street closures around Neyland Stadium:
- Phillip Fulmer Way from G-10 garage to Neyland Stadium Gate 21 vicinity will be closed.
- Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed to southbound traffic at Middle Drive and inaccessible via Peyton Manning Pass.
- G-10 Parking Permit Holders should enter from Neyland Drive to the parking garage & should avoid using Lake Loudoun Blvd.
Please prepare in advance.
Concert Safety Measures
Attendees can bring into the stadium one unopened factory-sealed clear water bottle and one empty clear water bottle per person. Attendees are allowed to bring into the stadium one clear plastic bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches or a one-gallon clear resealable plastic storage bag. They also will be allowed a small clutch purse not to exceed 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches. No other bags will be allowed inside the stadium. All items are subject to search at gates, visit the clear bag policy for more information.
ÂAttendees can report suspicious activity by texting 865-974-9898 with their seat location (concourse, section, row, seat number) and issue. Smoking is prohibited at UT, including within private vehicles parked or operated on university property. The prohibition extends to any lighted tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and other vape devices. Anyone attempting to enter the stadium with alcohol will be denied entry. No open containers are allowed on campus outside of permitted areas. The same policies apply to fans sitting in the student section of the stadium. Unmanned aircraft systems are prohibited on university property.

No items can be stored or left at the gates. Attendees can bring the following items inside the stadium, subject to search at the gates:
- Cushions or seats without arms or side pockets
- Small bags with medically necessary items (Note: Diapers and non-medically necessary items for babies or young children must be carried in a clear bag).
Merchandise
Those looking to purchase Morgan Wallen merchandise before the show can stop by merchandise locations outside Neyland Stadium at Gate 21 on the northwest corner, outside Ramp 10 on the southwest corner and outside Gate 4 on the southeast corner. Each location will open at 2 PM. Merchandise will also be available throughout Neyland Stadium during both shows.

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets will go on-sale Thursday, July 18 at 11 AM for the show on Friday, September 20. All tickets will be sold online via Ticketmaster.com. Due to high demand for tickets, please make sure you are logged into your Ticketmaster account at least 10 minutes prior to the on sale. All sales are final! Fans can also purchase VIP Packages, which may include premium tickets, guided backstage tour, group photo on the stage, invitation to the Morgan Wallen VIP Lounge, VIP-exclusive gift item and more. How/When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are digital via the Ticketmaster app. Fans must have the Ticketmaster app to access their tickets. Tickets will be available for 72 hours in advance of the show date. Ticket transfer will be unavailable until that time frame.Â
Where do I park?
Parking passes will be available for purchase via Ticketmaster after the public onsale. Ticketholders will be notified when parking is available via email.

What is there to-do on campus?
Not far from Neyland Stadium, Tennessee Volleyball will be playing Western Michigan beginning at 2 PM. If you have a ticket to the Morgan Wallen concert, just show your ticket at the gate and recieve free entry to the match.

How do I purchase ADA seating?
ADA seating is available to the public when the show goes onsale via Ticketmaster on a first come first serve basis. Please note that seating in sections AA-ZZ15 may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties, fear of heights, or those who experience vertigo. Guests who need interpreter services need to email foodcitycenter@utk.edu to request services.
