SEASON TICKET & PRIORITY POINT TRANSFERS
SEASON TICKETS
The University of Tennessee Athletics season tickets may be renewed in accordance with the ticket renewal policy as set forth below by the individual whose name is on the account. Season ticket policies apply to football, men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball, softball, and volleyball.
All requests to change account information must be submitted by the primary account holder. Account changes must be submitted in writing and emailed to the Tennessee Fund at tnfund@utk.edu. If the primary account holder wishes to update their legal name, proper documentation must be provided to prove the name change (marriage certificate, divorce decree, etc.).
Season tickets on an account are nontransferable except as set forth below:
An individual season ticket holder may request to permanently transfer their tickets to another individual. If these seats fall within an area that requires a capital gift commitment, the Tennessee Fund may assess a capital gift fee in order to complete the transfer. In this instance, the new individual may be subject to a capital gift commitment.
- All transfers are contingent upon it being an uncontested transfer by either party and approved by the Tennessee Fund.

PRIORITY POINTS
Priority Points on accounts cannot be transferred as follows:
- In the case of death of the account holder of record, the surviving spouse or domestic partner will automatically assume control of the account and the Priority Points on the account. Please notify the Tennessee Fund with a copy of the death certificate so that our records are updated on the account.
- An individual account holder may request to transfer points to a direct descendant. Direct descendant is defined as a child, grandchild, sibling, or parent. To qualify for a 100% point transfer, a birth certificate must be provided to confirm the relationship. A marriage certificate may also be requested to confirm name changes if applicable. This transfer is subject to the following stipulations:
- May transfer 100% of the original account’s total points to the receiving account.
- Must submit documentation to prove relationship.
- An individual account holder may request to transfer a percentage of their points to a non-direct descendant.
- May only transfer 25% of the original account’s total points to the receiving account.
All season ticket and/or priority point transfer requests must be accompanied by a complete transfer form and submitted to tnfund@utk.edu. Must be subsequently approved by Tennessee Fund Office. Please provide a birth certificate if you are requesting a 100% point transfer. Please note, a marriage certificate may be requested if a name does not match the birth certificate. Any submitted request that does not include all relevant forms and information, will be rejected.
