UT operates with a clear bag policy and stadium security regulations limit fans to one clear plastic bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches or a one-gallon, clear, resealable plastic storage bag per person.

Buy TicketsAdmission to the Orange & White Game is $5 for non-premium seats, and all proceeds will count as a contribution to the My All Campaign. All seats can be secured now at AllVols.com or by calling the UT Athletic Ticket Office at (865) 656-1200. Due to limited seating, fans are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. All tickets will be digital and can be accessed via a mobile device—identical to the regular season. Fans coming to campus without a ticket will be able to purchase tickets from QR codes and signage located all around campus, as well as at the Gate 11 and Gate 21 ticket booths. Staff will be available to assist at Gates 21 and 23.
Gameday Ticket Sales and Pre-Purchased Tickets (Will-Call) Locations:
- Gate 21 open four (4) hours prior to kickoff
- Gate 23 open two (2) hours prior to kickoff
General Ticketing Policies & Information:
- Tickets may be revoked by management at any time, including, but not limited to, if the user is disruptive, endangers others or uses vulgar, threatening or demeaning language or engages in prohibited activity, including smoking/vaping.
- No refunds, exchanges or re-admissions are permitted.
- Users should note that the Event may be rescheduled without prior notice and that the User assumes all risks of injury, illness, or death at the Event.
- There is no obligation to replace lost or stolen tickets, and tickets obtained from a source other than the UT Ticket Office or its authorized agents may not be honored.
- Ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion, contests, or commercial purposes without the express written consent of the University of Tennessee or SEC.
- Commercial solicitation in front of Neyland Stadium from Middle Way Drive to Gate 10 is prohibited starting four hours before kickoff and continuing until the game is over.
- User grants the University and its conference, the SEC, non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual right and license to use (and to sub-license) the use of his or her name and likeness, if it is included in any broadcast, photograph or other media of the Event.
- Additional terms and conditions governing the use of the ticket are posted on SECsports.com and are incorporated herein by reference. Using this ticket, the user agrees to be bound by such terms and conditions.

Fan Services
First Aid (Defibrillators/AEDs)
Four first-aid stations provided by the University of Tennessee are located in the following areas of Neyland Stadium:
- Lower-level concourse outside Section O/P (inside Gate 21)
- Lower-level concourse outside Section X1 (inside Gate 9)
- Upper level concourse outside of Section II
- Upper level concourse outside of Section XX4
The stations are staffed by medical doctors, nurses and other qualified personnel. Trained first-aid teams are also located throughout the stadium. If you need medical assistance, notify the team nearest you. If you are unable to locate a team, a law enforcement officer or usher will direct you to the nearest first-aid station.
Fan Information Centers
Fan Information Centers open four hours before each game and are located outside Gate 21 and in Toyota Volunteer Village. After kick-off, a Fan Information Center is open inside Gate 21.
Fan Text Message System
Fans needing assistance inside Neyland Stadium can contact the event management staff by texting the message VOLS to 865-974-1205 with a description of your issue or incident and your location within the stadium, including the section, row and seat number. You will receive a replay indicating your message was received and help is on the way. Standard SMS rates apply.
The Fan Text Message System operates three hours prior to kick-off until 1 hour post-game.
Water
Three (3) 125-gallon “Water-Monster” Coolers are located inside Neyland Stadium at:
- Level 1 – Behind Section Y8
- Level 1 – Behind Sections C/D
- Level 2 – Behind Sections E/F
Cups and recycling bins are mounted on the wall by the coolers and free water will dispense until each cooler is empty.
In addition, there are water fountains throughout Neyland Stadium near the following sections:
- Level 1: Sections B-C, D-C, G, I-J, K-L, O, Y8
- Level 2: Sections C, D, I, K, N, R, U
- Level 3: Sections NN, II, QQ, XX1, XX2, YY6, YY7, ZZ10, ZZ11, ZZ13 and Terrace 3 and 5
Lost & Found
Lost articles may be turned in at the Gate 21 elevators.
Items will then be turned over to the Athletic Event Management Office at 1600 Phillip Fulmer Way Suite 230, where they may be retrieved Monday following each game upon calling (865) 974-1205.
Nursing Mothers
Mothers seeking a private area to nurse or pump are encouraged to visit the First Aid station near the Vol Shop in Section X1 on the northwest corner of the stadium.
Elevators
ADA elevators are located at Gates 15, 21 & 26 in Neyland Stadium and begin operating two hours prior to kickoff.
Segway devices are not permitted in Neyland Stadium on football game days.
I.D.-A-FAN
In case you get separated from your family or friends, please plan ahead to have two designated meeting places, one inside the stadium (such as your gate, seat or favorite concession stand) and another outside the stadium (such as a predetermined landmark like The Torchbearer or a parking space). If you need assistance, contact the nearest usher or police officer.
Tennessee Athletics provides the I.D.-A-Fan service to reduce the amount of time a child and parent could be separated in the game day crowd. The I.D.-A-Fan bracelet contains contact information for a child's parent or guardian and seat location in case of separation within the stadium. Bracelets are available free at the Fan Information Center inside Gate 21.

Concession Stands

Food Vendors
Food vendors are located in Toyota Volunteer Village across from Circle Park. Student Union dining facilities are also open on game days.
Guidelines for Neyland Stadium
The following guidelines apply to all Tennessee events at Neyland Stadium:
- All fans regardless of age must have a ticket for admission to Neyland Stadium.
- Per Southeastern Conference policy, no pass-out checks (re-entry) are allowed. In the event of inclement weather, please retain your ticket stub for readmission. If the stadium is cleared due to inclement weather, you may reenter the stadium with your ticket stub. Everyone will again be subject to search.
- This ticket is a revocable license for the ticket holder to gain admission to an event sponsored by Tennessee Athletics. The University of Tennessee reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any patron from the event venue at any time, for any reason permitted by law.
- Incidents involving lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will be addressed at the Ticket Office with the season ticket holder of record only. Photo identification is required.
- Dates and times on game tickets are subject to change.
- University policies and state and federal laws will be in effect.
- The violation of any rules may prevent admission to a Tennessee Athletic event, removal from an event, and jeopardize the violator's admission into subsequent Tennessee Athletic events, including the forfeiture of season tickets and the ability to purchase single-game tickets.
- In the spirit of sportsmanship, fans shall adhere to the UT and SEC Fan Code of Conduct.
Entry & Gate Information
- Fans experiencing any issues entering the stadium should ask to speak to the gate supervisor.
- Please carefully read the full Permitted & Prohibited Items list before entering Neyland Stadium.
- UT has a clear bag policy for all athletic events. Review approved bags above or click here for a full description of the clear bag policy.
- No other bags will be allowed inside. All items, including clear bags and clutch purses, are subject to search at the gates. No items can be left or stored at the gates.
- Medically necessary items/equipment must be searched at Gates 14 or 21. (When facing the ticket office at Gate 21, the search area is located to the right.) Fans should notify security staff at the gate for verification and screening upon entry. This includes outside food and beverage needed for a medical purpose.
- Diaper bags are not a medically necessary item. All diaper bag supplies should be carried in a clear bag.
Gate List
All open sections of the bowl of Neyland Stadium will be general admission seating. The south end of Neyland Stadium will be closed as progress continues on several fan experience enhancements. Sections G through Q and GG through QQ will be closed, as well as gates 1 through 12. Fans can access general admission seating of Neyland Stadium through the following gates: 13, 14, 15-A, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22 and 23. The stadium's clear bag policy will be in effect, and gates will open at 1 p.m. Fans are encouraged to arrive early as a large crowd is expected and limited gates will be in use due to the closure of the south end of the stadium.
Parking, Traffic and Shuttles
General Information
Game day parking for all lots surrounding Neyland Stadium is reserved for pass holders. Donors who have previously requested and paid for parking permits will receive their passes with season tickets before the season.
On-campus parking lots will open at 7 a.m. View the parking map here. Parking shuttles will begin at 11:30 a.m. from the Stephenson Drive Lot 14 and Ag Campus. The Stephenson Drive Lot 14 unload and pickup will be on Chamique Holdsclaw Drive. Fans from Ag Campus can board buses at River Drive across from the CF lot and then be transported to Circle Park. For fans coming from downtown Knoxville, the Orange Line Trolley will provide free transportation and drop off on Volunteer Boulevard. Free public parking will be available at the following lots:

- G10 Garage via Neyland Drive entry
- 11th Street Garage at 1100 Cumberland Ave.
- White Avenue Garage at 1621 White Ave.
- G17 Garage at 1800 Lake Ave.
Limited $40 public parking is available on campus at the UT Culinary Institute (2712 Neyland Dr, across from Sorority Village)

Improperly parked vehicles or those found in a restricted area will be towed at the owner’s expense. Towed vehicles may be claimed by contacting Parking & Transit Services at 865-974-6031 from 8 am to 4 pm (or kickoff – whichever is earlier) to schedule a time to retrieve the vehicle.
- Stephenson Drive/Lot 14 - Unload and pick up on Chamique Holdsclaw Drive
- Ag Campus - Board buses at River Drive across from the CF lot; unload and pick up at Circle Park
- Accessible/Lift Shuttle - Board at the Business Incubator Building at 2450 E.J. Chapman Drive; unload and pick up from the Student Union Loading Dock
Shuttles begin returning to parking areas with 10 minutes left in the 3rd quarter until approximately one hour post-game.

Taxis/Uber/Shared Riding
Drop Off Location- Volunteer Boulevard East in front of the Claxton Education Building
Pick Up Location- Circle Drive on the Hill. Vehicles will enter from Cumberland Ave and proceed up the Hill for fans who need to depart. Police will open the ride-share area during the 4th quarter and is limited in the number of vehicles.

Accessible Parking
Free ADA/Accessible parking with shuttle service is available on the Ag Campus. For information regarding accessible parking, contact Parking and Transit Services at 865-974-6031.
Limited accessible parking on the Ag Campus is first-come, first-served. There are approximately 150 spaces. A football parking pass is not required; however, a valid accessible parking placard or license plate is required.
Once UT ADA/accessible parking is full we refer guests to the Civic Coliseum (500 Howard Baker Jr Ave, 37915). There is NO fee for Civic Coliseum accessible parking. KAT buses have an ADA shuttle service to campus with a $10 per person fee. Visit Civic Coliseum Parking.

Pregame Road Closures
Phillip Fulmer Way and Peyton Manning Pass will close at 10AM
- G10T permit holders arriving after the road closure will be redirected to another lot at the discretion of gameday management.
Public Bus Parking
Groups traveling to Neyland Stadium via charter or school bus may park on Todd Helton Drive behind Lindsey Nelson Stadium.
There is no public bus parking available on Phillip Fulmer Way.
Scooters
City of Knoxville Electric Scooters are not permitted within the “UT Ride Zone” on football gameday. Scooters will be prohibited from entering road closures. Click here for more information.
Accessibility / ADA
Parking
Football Season Ticket Holder ADA/Accessible Parking:
The UT Athletic Department makes assignments to its Tennessee Fund donors including individuals requiring accessible parking. Individuals attending UT football game who do not qualify for Tennessee Fund accessible parking through the UT Athletic Department may apply for accessible parking through the UT Parking and Transit Services Office.
Please note that this type of accessible parking is limited and requires documentation of a valid accessible parking placard/license plate and current season football tickets. Accessible parking is not available for donor-only lots unless a valid permit for that specific lot is presented.
General Public ADA/Accessible Parking:
Limited Free ADA/accessible parking is available on the UT Agriculture Campus on a first-come, first-served basis and a valid accessible parking placard or license plate is required.
A free, fully accessible shuttle service to the Student Union Loading Dock beginning three (3) hours prior to kick-off and running one-hour post-game.
The accessible shuttle picks up at the Business Incubator Building at 2450 E.J. Chapman Dr.
Football shuttles begin returning to parking areas with 10 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.
Once UT ADA/accessible parking is full we refer guests to the Civic Coliseum (500 Howard Baker Jr Ave, 37915). There is NO fee for the parking and a $10.00 shuttle service from the Coliseum to Neyland Stadium. Visit Civic Coliseum Parking.

For FREE Accessible Parking, see the blue accessible symbol on the map. FREE Accessible Shuttle is available from the Ag Campus behind UT Vet Hospital to the Student Union & also begins at 11:30 AM. Parking is limited and first-come, first-served to those displaying a valid placard.

Volunteer Village
Make sure you visit Vol Village presented by Toyota before football games this year for a whole new fan experience. It’s FREE for all fans with or without a game ticket. There will be live music, activities for everyone of all ages, food trucks, and more. You won’t want to miss out on stopping by a reimagined, Vol Village, located in a great spot to see the Vol Walk and the Band March just across from Circle Park.

Zero Waste Gameday
Football fans, join the Vols working together across campus to achieve Zero Waste from Gameday by the end of this football season and help keep Neyland Stadium, and the rest of UT campus, beautiful! Zero waste refers to diverting at least 90% of waste from landfills through waste reduction, recycling and composting.
