FAQ
HOW WILL MY DECISION AFFECT MY 2021-2022 TICKETS?
Regardless of decision to attend games or not attend games for this fall, everyone who purchased 2020-2021 season-tickets will retain their status as a season-ticket holder along with their initial seats when the 2021 renewal process begins.
HOW WILL GIFTS TO THE S.A.V.E. ACCOUNT BE USED BY TENNESSEE ATHLETICS?
Any gift to the Student-Athlete Volunteer Excellence Fund (S.A.V.E.) will be used to support the ongoing costs of our 600 student-athletes academic and athletic student experience. During this incredibly uncertain time, it is our goal to continue to fund our mission of providing Vol and Lady Vol student-athletes the same well rounded support system that allows them to achieve their educational goals while also training to compete in the toughest conference in the country – the SEC.
ARE MY OPTIONS DIFFERENT IF I HAVE A VOL OR LADY PASS?
The same options will apply to Vol and Lady Vol Pass Holders. Vol Pass holders can elect to donate to the S.A.V.E program, rollover the cost for the 2021 season or request a refund.
WHAT IF I PURCHASE SEATS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE A DONATION?
Those with season tickets that do not require a donation will have the option to donate the cost of their tickets to the S.A.V.E Program, rollover the cost for the 2021 season or request a refund.
WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
The Tennessee Athletic Ticket Office will process ticket refunds as requested. This includes parking payments on your account. If you paid by credit card and requested a refund of either/both your ticket or donation payment that refund may not be reflected on your credit card statement for up to 90 days. If you paid with cash/check/e-check and requested a refund, a physical check will be mailed to your address on file within six weeks. Please ensure that your address is correct. All donations to the University of Tennessee Athletics Department are handled by the Tennessee Fund office working in conjunction with the University of Tennessee Foundation. Please note that ticket charges and gift/donation charges are separate transactions and if a refund is requested will be refunded separately as well. Please allow up to 90 days for refund processing from the date of your request.
HOW WILL A REFUND AFFECT MY CONSECUTIVE YEARS OF GIVING?
If you request a refund related to your Tennessee Fund Annual Gift it will not negatively affect your consecutive years of giving points.
