Vols Next Play Career Combine

An interactive event that connects Tennessee student-athletes with employers and campus partners through career-focused stations. This experience encourages student-athletes to explore professional opportunities, build their network, and develop key skills for life after sports. This event is hosted prior to the large campus career & job fairs to intentionally prepare student-athletes for that experience.

Career Tour

A unique professional development experience that connects student-athletes with top companies across multiple industries in a location outside of Knoxville. Through site visits, business tours, & networking opportunities, student-athletes discover career paths and strengthen skills in communication, leadership, and career readiness. 2025 - Atlanta, GA

VOLS Micro-Internship Program

A 4–8 week summer experience that connects Tennessee student-athletes with companies and organizations in their desired career fields, offering hands-on professional exposure beyond the field of play. This program empowers student-athletes to explore potential career paths and build valuable industry connections.
