Texas A&M Game FAQ - University of Tennessee Athletics

WHAT DATE WILL THE TEXAS A&M GAME BE PLAYED?
The game has been tentatively scheduled to be played in Neyland Stadium on Saturday, December 19, 2020.

WHAT TIME WILL THE GAME KICKOFF?
The SEC will determine kickoff time within normal television selection protocol. Once finalized the information will be shared on utsports.com, @Vol_Football and @Vol_Sports.

WILL MY ORIGINAL TEXAS A&M TICKET STILL BE VALID?
Yes, all tickets currently issued for the Texas A&M game will remain valid for the game tentatively scheduled for December 19, 2020. The Tennessee Athletic Ticket Office is able to update the event date and scan date linked to the barcode. It is encouraged you keep your ticket(s) in the original form it was sent to you.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I ALREADY DOWNLOADED MY TICKETS INTO MY WALLET?
If you have downloaded your ticket to Apple Wallet or an Android-based Wallet App you will need to re-add the ticket to your wallet app to use on December 19, 2020 as the wallet app archived your original ticket based on the original date. IS MY PARKING PASS STILL VALID?
As a season ticket holder if you were issued a parking pass, those passes were listed as Games 1-5. The Texas A&M game on December 19, 2020 will now be the GAME 5 parking pass and the Florida game scheduled for December 5, 2020 will now be the GAME 4 parking pass.

SHOULD I DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT IF I HAVE A MOBILE TICKET?
No, the barcode of the mobile ticket will be valid whether they are in the digital wallet on your phone or in your confirmation email. While the barcode will be valid for the game on December 19, the game date on your original ticket will not change.

WHAT IF I AM NOT A SEASON TICKET HOLDER AND PURCHASED A SINGLE GAME TICKET?
All ticket bar code updates will apply to any ticket for the game – whether on a season or single game basis.

WHAT IF I BOUGHT MY TICKETS ON THE SECONDARY MARKET?
The Tennessee Athletic Department has a partnership with Vivid Seats as the official resale marketplace. Vivid Seats will contact those accounts that have purchased tickets via the Vivid Seats portal to communicate next steps.

If you purchased your ticket from a site/person/place other than Vivid Seats your bar code will be valid for the game tentatively scheduled for December 19, 2020. If you have questions - you are encouraged to reach back out to the seller of the ticket you originally purchased from.

I AM A UT STUDENT AND HAVE A TICKET, WHAT ARE MY STEPS?
The Office of Student Life will contact all UT students who purchased a student ticket to the Texas A&M game with further instructions.

WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE NEW DATE OF THE TEXAS A&M GAME?
You can transfer your tickets or resell them via Vivid Seats .
