Clear Bag Policy
Food City Center operates with a clear bag policy and arena security regulations limit fans to one clear plastic bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches, a one-gallon, clear, resealable plastic storage bag or small clutch purse per person.

Free parking is available on the top level of G-5/G-30 garage located at the corner of Lake Loudoun and Phillip Fulmer Way - directly across the street from Thompson Boling Arena. There is a bridge on the top level of the garage that connects to arena gates.
Vehicles parked in unauthorized locations are subject to citations at owner’s expense.
Fan Services
Starting this fall, Food City Center is now a cashless venue. Fans should be prepared at all concession stands, Vol Shop or any retail locations within Food City Center.
Select Aramark concession stands are open for every volleyball game inside Food City Center. Outside food or beverage are not permitted unless needed for a medical purpose.
The First Aid station behind Section 127 is staffed for all volleyball games with qualified medical personnel. If you need medical assistance in the stands, notify the nearest security or event staff member to contact medical staff.
Lost items found after each game will be turned over to the Athletic Event Management Office at 1600 Phillip Fulmer Way Suite 230, where they may be retrieved Monday through Friday from 8:00am- 5:00pm by calling (865) 974-1205.
Mothers seeking a private area to nurse or pump are encouraged to visit the First Aid Station for options.
Entry & Gate Information
All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets received via mobile delivery will have a QR code that will be scanned on your mobile device at entry. Be sure to download your mobile delivery tickets prior to arrival at the arena.
- Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. To purchase tickets visit allvols.com.
- Gates will open 1 hour prior to the game. Gate B will be the entrance for general fans, while students and player guests are encouraged to use Gate C.
- There is no re-entry permitted. In order to leave and re-enter, spectators must have an unused ticket or purchase another ticket.
- UT has a clear bag policy for all athletic events. Review approved bags above or click here for a full description of the clear bag policy.
- No other bags will be allowed inside. All items, including clear bags and clutch purses, are subject to search at the gates. No items can be left or stored at the gates.
- Medically necessary items/equipment may enter Gate C. Fans should notify security staff at the gate for verification and screening upon entry. This includes outside food and beverage needed for a medical purpose.
- Diaper bags are not a medically necessary item. All diaper bag supplies should be carried in a clear bag.

Walk-through Metal Detectors
Walk-through metal detectors are now in place and operational at all arena entrances. If you have a health concern, please notify the security staff at the gate for an alternative screening procedure.
Please be advised that this security measure may add time to the process of entering the arena, so fans are encouraged to allow additional time for entry. Patrons are also encouraged to bring only necessary items with them in order to ensure a smooth and timely arena entry.
