Cheer

For the third time in five years, Tennessee Cheer was named the Division 1A Game Day National Champion for the 2024 season. The Tennessee Cheer Team is one of the most recognizable groups on Rocky Top. Cheering at all football games as well as all home basketball games, Lady Vols basketball games, and volleyball games, in addition to hundreds of appearances at other athletic, campus, corporate, and community events, keeps the team in the limelight on nearly a daily basis.

Placing as high as second and making finals 22 of the past 24 years ranks Tennessee as one of the most accomplished cheer programs in the country. The squad also competes each summer at UCA's College Spirit Camp against colleges and universities from around the nation.
