Sandgren bounced back after a lopsided first set to beat Sacramento State's Kiryl Harbatsiuk 1-6, 6-4, 6-0. He faces third-seeded Bassam Beidas in the final Sunday.
Sandgren, a native of Gallatin, Tenn., is playing for his second professional title after picking up his first championship last week at the Lewis and Clark Community College USTA Men's Futures Tennis Tournament.
