
At Tennessee, Catchings was a four-time All-American and consensus 2000 National Player of the Year. She has been with the Indiana Fever for 14 years and is a nine-time WNBA All-Star, 11-time all-WNBA selection and a member of three U.S. Olympic Gold Medal teams.She leads the league in free throws and steals and is third in scoring and fourth in rebounds in WNBA history. As an advocate for her community, she is a two-time winner of the WNBA Sportsmanshop Award, WNBA Community Assist Award and has been nationally recognized for her contributions to society.Â
Catchinfs will be honored and inducted on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame's 14th Annual Women's Awards Banquet in Indianapolis.
