The honors continue to roll in for Joshua Dobbs. He was named 247Sports Top Performer of the Week on Monday night. Here's what they wrote about the sophomore quarterback:
Dobbs had a really nice game as a thrower, completing 23-of-40 passes for 301 yards and two touchdowns to one interception. But Dobbs really made his mark as a runner against South Carolina, carrying the ball 24 times for a Tennessee quarterback record 166 yards and three touchdowns. Perhaps most importantly, he led Tennessee back from a 14-point fourth quarter deficit, with the Volunteers winning 45-42 in overtime.
