Rookie Ja'Wuan James made his debut in the regular season with a start at right tackle. Both he and teammate Dallas Thomas share time on the offensive line. Against the Bills, James is expected to remain a starter.

Falcons vs. Bengals, 1 p.m. (CBS)
James Stone and Jacques Smith both have their names on the Falcons roster. In last week's game, Stone was on the inactive list and Smith remained on the practice squad.Â

Saints vs. Browns, 1 p.m. (FOX)
Linebacker Parys Haralson and Austin Johnson will against suit up for the Saints. Haralson and Johnson both saw playing time in week at outside linebacker and fullback, respectively. Robert Meachem, who was recently resigned to the team, saw limited playing time.
Patriots vs. Vikings, 1 p.m. (CBS)
Jerod Mayo had a great start to the season racking up 10 tackles and having a fumble recovery. He will come face-to-face with running back sensation Cordarrelle Patterson of the Vikings. Antonio Richardson remains on the injured reserve list for Minnesota.

Cardinals vs. Giants, 1 p.m. (FOX)
Robert Ayers will host  defensive lineman Dan Williams in a New York. Ayers had a strong start with his new team. Nose tackle Williams against the Giants' offensive line will be a 'matchup to watch.'

Cowboys vs. Titans, 1 p.m. (FOX)
Jason Witten will suit up and travel to back to his home state to meet Justin Hunter and the Titans. Hunter was the most targeted player on the Titans in last week's game.

Jaguars vs. Redskins, 1 p.m. (CBS)
Starting center Jacques McClendon will be the lone VFL in the game against Washington.Â
Seahawks vs. Chargers, 4:05 p.m. (FOX)
Tony McDaniel will face off against San Diego in their meeting. Last week, McDaniel had three tackles and a safety.
Rams vs. Buccaneers, 4:05 p.m. (FOX)
Scott Wells of the Rams will travel to Tampa Bay to suit up against tight end Luke Stocker. Wells started at the center position.Â

Chiefs vs. Broncos, 4:25 p.m. (CBS)
It will be a showdown between the Colquitt brothers when Britton of the Broncos and Dustin of the Chiefs meet. Both are averaging over 40 yards per punt. The Chiefs will also have Eric Berry, who had a team high 14 tackles in last week's contest. Zach Fulton, a rookie starter, is expected to remain a constant in the lineup. The Broncos will have Malik Johnson and the great Peyton Manning. Tyler Bray remains on the reserved injured list.

Texans vs. Raiders, 4:25 p.m. (CBS)
Mychal Rivera and Denarius Moore of the Raiders will host Arian Foster and the Texans. Both Rivera and Moore were targeted for a combined five receptions.
