Fleming attended Tennessee from 1999-2004 and played running back from 2000-03. He played in 46 games winning two SEC division championships. Fleming ran 84 times for 342 yards and had 73 receptions for 492 yards with five touchdowns. He also made 15 tackles as he played regularly on special teams.Â
