All community service requests should provide student-athletes with opportunities for transformational service and action within the community. Examples include, but are not limited to, classroom readings, mentoring activities, and speaking engagements focused on topics of empowerment, education, anti-bullying, etc. We thank you for your patience and understanding! Service Request Guidelines
- The approval of an event does not guarantee student-athletes, coaches or teams will be able to attend.
- Requests involving organized student-athlete autographs will not be approved.
- In order to maximize the student-athletes’ time, we limit one way travel to 30 minutes OR 30 miles (whichever comes first).
- We do not accept community service requests during the dates of finals weeks (typically first week of December and May) due to the academic commitment of our student-athletes.
- Due to a decrease in student-athlete attendance, summer requests may not be accepted.
