Tennessee Athletics Announces Formation of The Tennessee Club
April 09, 2025 | General, Tennessee Club
The new official letterwinners organization of Tennessee Athletics is formed
University of Tennessee Vice Chancellor/Director of Athletics Danny White announced on Wednesday the formation of The Tennessee Club, the official letterwinners organization of Tennessee Athletics.
Â
The Tennessee Club is dedicated to fostering lifelong connections among former student-athletes. Built on the rich tradition of the Tennessee Volunteers, the club provides exclusive opportunities for engagement, networking, and continued involvement with all sports programs.
Â
The new club was formed by merging the former T-Club into the athletics department.
Â
"This is an exceptional opportunity to establish innovative programs and initiatives that will significantly enhance our engagement with letterwinners, while also celebrating the distinguished honor of receiving a Varsity Letter at the University of Tennessee," said White.
Â
With The Tennessee Club cemented within the athletics department, it will be the central point for our 20 sports as they plan reunions and allow head coaches to better engage with letterwinners.Â
Â
The Tennessee Club is the latest in several initiatives in recent years to help steward letterwinner engagement on Rocky Top, along with the creation of the Tennessee Athletics Hall of Fame and Champions Weekend.
Â
Through special events, communications, and ongoing support, The Tennessee Club ensures that every letterwinner remains a valued part of the Tennessee family long after their playing days are over.
