BILOXI, Miss. - The No. 19 Tennessee men's golf team is through 36 holes at Fallen Oak Golf Club at the Fallen Oak Collegiate.

The Volunteers are in sixth place, four shots back of a share of fourth place at 8-under.

Four of UT's golfers enter the final round of the event tied for 25th.

Shooting up the leaderboard, Josh Hill used a 5-under 67 with an eagle on the 15th hole to jump 48 spots.

Reed Lotter also went low with a 4-under 68 in the second round featuring five birdies to propel him up the leaderboard.

Both Jackson Herrington and Lance Simpson logged 1-over 73 second rounds.

Playing as an individual, freshman Chase Kyes rebounded from a 1-over first round with four birdies in his second time around the course to submit a 2-under 70.

Only two shots back of the rest of the pack, freshman Luke Smith, in his first tournament, fired a 1-over 73 and sits tied for 43rd.
