KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee's 2023-24 indoor track & field regular season concludes Saturday in South Bend, Indiana, with the Volunteer men's distance medley relay set to compete at the Alex Wilson Invitational. Competing on the largest legal indoor track in the country at Notre Dame's Loftus Sports Center, the Vols will toe the line at noon ET aiming for a qualifying mark to the 2024 NCAA Indoor Championships.
UT's DMR lineup for Saturday is currently pending. Last season, the Volunteer quartet of Canaan Anderson, Rasheeme Griffith, Joe Hoots and Yaseen Abdalla went to the same meet and set the school record with a time of 9:22.65 that eventually punched their ticket to the 2023 NCAA Indoor Championships.
UP NEXT: The Vols and Lady Vols will begin postseason action Friday and Saturday, Feb. 23-24 at the 2024 SEC Indoor Track & Field Championships. Action from Fayetteville, Arkansas, will be streamed live on SEC Network+ throughout the conference meet at Randal Tyson Track Center.
