Vanderbilt Game Marks Seventh Sellout of 2023-24 Season
January 29, 2024 | Men's Basketball
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee announced Monday that its men's basketball game Feb. 17 versus Vanderbilt is sold out.
This is already the seventh confirmed 2023-34 sellout for the Volunteers, including the fourth still left on the schedule. The others, as previously announced, in that group are/were Illinois (Dec. 9), Ole Miss (Jan. 6), Alabama (Jan. 20), Texas A&M (Feb. 24), Auburn (Feb. 28) and Kentucky (March 9).
After matching a Food City Center single-season record with five sellouts just a year ago, the seven this season have eclipsed that mark by 40 percent in an arena that has stood in Knoxville since 1987-88. This is the 37th consecutive season Tennessee has played its games in the venue, which is the third-largest on-campus basketball facility in America.
Tickets remain available for just two Tennessee home games this season. Fans interested in attending the Volunteers' outings against South Carolina (Jan. 30) and/or LSU (Feb. 7) are encouraged to purchase seats soon to ensure entry. Tickets for the matchup with the Gamecocks can be found HERE, while seats for the contest against the Tigers are available HERE.
Fifth-ranked Tennessee (15-4, 5-1 SEC) is back on the Food City Center hardwood Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. against South Carolina, live on SEC Network.
