Chotikabhukkana Named SEC Co-Freshman of the Week

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – For the first time in her young Lady Vol career, Manassanan Chotikabhukkana has been named SEC Co-Freshman of the Week, the conference office announced Wednesday.
The Bangkok, Thailand, native notched a top-15 finish (T13) at the Landfall Tradition in Wilmington, North Carolina, running Oct. 28-30. Chotikabhukkana logged three rounds of par or better in the 54-hole tournament to shoot -2 overall, the best performance of her Tennessee career. The freshman holds a fall average of 72.27 and leads the team in rounds of par or better (7).
Chotikabhukkana and the Lady Vols will have a three-month break until spring competition, with their first action of 2023 scheduled to take place Feb. 4-6 at the Cavalier/AMFG in Guadalajara, Mexico.
