BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Tennessee men's golf team concluded its week at the SEC Match Play Championships on Tuesday, posting a 2-2 record over the course of three days at Shoal Creek Golf Course.

The Vols recorded a 4-1 win over Missouri to start the week and a 5-0 win over Florida to close out the week, with a pair of close 3-2 defeats to Georgia and Ole Miss in between.

Leading the way for Tennessee was senior Spencer Cross, who went a perfect 4-0 over the course of the event. Redshirt sophomore Bryce Lewis also posted a winning record, going 3-1.

Tennessee is set for a brief 10-day break before returning to action at its final tournament of the fall at the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate in Alpharetta, Georgia from Oct. 22-24.
