Tennessee Director of Athletics Phillip Fulmer shared a video message with Vol Nation as student-athletes have started to return to campus.

Fulmer encouraged fans to continue to do their part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 as the summer progresses and the Fall sports season draws closer.
